Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

  • Estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination and supplier location:

    • United States: 7–20 business days

    • Europe: 10–25 business days

    • Canada & Australia: 10–25 business days

    • Other Countries: 15–30 business days

  • Please note: actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or logistics delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Some items may qualify for free shipping, which will be indicated on the product page.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take 2–7 business days to update in the system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays and Exceptions

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.
